性 质：氧化铜为黑色至棕黑色无定型粉末或结晶、颗料（为单斜结晶）。相对密度 6.315，熔点 1446℃，熔化热 11.80KJ/mol,莫氏硬度 3-4,介电常数 18.10，不溶于水，溶于酸、氨水、氯化铵，溶于氢氧化钠，生成蓝色溶液，在高温下通入氢气或一氧化碳可还原为金属铜粉。
Characteristics: Cupric oxide is black to brown black amorphous powder or crystal, or monoclinic
crystal, which relative density is 6.315. The melting point of it is 1466℃and the heat of fusion 11.80KJ/mol. The Moh's hardness of it is 3-4, dielectric constant 18.10. It dissolves in acid, ammonium chloride and ammonia solution while insoluble in water. When dissolved in sodium hydroxide solution, the solution turns blue. In presence of hydrogen or carbon monoxide at high temperature, cupric oxide can be deoxidized into copper metal.

包 装：外复合编织袋内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，25KG/袋或 50KG 铁桶、纸板桶。
Package：25Kg per bag which packed by laminated woven sacks lined with Polyethylene plastic bag, and 50kg metal drum or paper drum.
储运注意事项：贮存于干燥的库房内，应防止受潮，与强酸及食用原料隔离
存放。失火时，可用水、沙土、各种灭火器扑救。
Notes for storage and transportation： Stored in a dry warehouse, prevent moisture.
It is prohibited to store with strong acid or foodstuff. In the event of fire, water, sands and various kinds of fire-fighting equipments can be used for extinguishing.
